You can choose to enrol for the 4 or 8 week course and I will talk you through what’s involved to help you decide.

Costs for sessions vary, whether face2face as an individual or as part of a group – that’s part of why we need to have a conversation, to see what format you would feel most comfortable with.
Online sessions are also available, delivered on Zoom. These can deliver wellbeing benefits just as well as working face2face, it’s just a bonus being able to spend time in the woodland.
The online sessions will be geared to providing guidance on exercises and activities you can engage with within your home/local nature envioronment.
