Learn Mindfulness in Nature
4 & 8 week courses
Learn how to re-energise your experience of life using gentle nature connection exercises that can be engaged with in a beautiful, ancient woodland in East Northants or, if that is not possible, from your own home.
Both the 4 and 8 week courses are suitable for complete beginners, as well as those with some previous experience of nature connection activities and/or mindfulness.
Normally these courses would run face2face in a tranquil, ancient woodland in East Northants. However, if Pandemic restrictions make face2face meetings impossible it is still possible to carry out the sessions in the comfort of your own home environment, taking the practices into the garden, local park or anywhere in nature you can access.
Each session will focus on a particular aspect of nature connection, including foraging, habitat management, fire making, nature-based mind focussing activities, land art and greenwood crafts. All session content, including fire making, can be carried out in your home environment if you cannot attend the woodland-based sessions.
There will also be access to onine resources provided for further support and guidance to broaden your understanding of how cultivating reghular nature connection habits can benefit your phyysical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
